HOW MANY COACHING SESSIONS DO I NEED?
This is normally discussed during a preliminary coaching meeting. The number of needeed sessions depends on the type and strength of the topic/situation that you want to work on, your starting point and the level of desired change. As general rule, I suggest clients a minimum of 6 coaching sessions.
WHERE ARE COACHING SESSIONS HELD?
Sessions can take place at my practice in Zurich (Switzerland), at your office (in the Zurich area) or via videoconference.

HOW IS THE FIRST COACHING SESSION?
The first session’s focus is to determine if my coaching approach is right for you and if there is a personality fit. What I am looking for is your openness to look into yourself, to undertake changes, to make positive personal development steps and to try the different strategies and techniques that I use.
Once the above has been cleared, the rest of the first coaching session is spent gathering information to understand and frame the topic you want to be coached about, as well, as understanding your goals and motivation.
DO YOU OFFER COACHING PACKAGES?
Coaching sessions can be booked one by one, or as package of multiple sessions (3, 6, 9, 12 sessions).
WHAT IS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT?
Personal development (also called inner work) is the psychological practice of diving deep into your inner self for the purposes of self-exploration, self-understanding and transformation.
